- The challenge: How many thank you notes can we write to Daryn Jackson, our presenter from Rachel’s challenge.
- Who is up to the challenge: All of us here at Hixson, students and staff!
- The goal, write a thank you note to Daryn and get it to Mrs. Bodi or Mrs. Peterson, or drop it in the mail slots outside of their office doors.
- Let’s show them all how kind we really can be here at Hixson!
Webster READS submission form deadline has been extended through Wednesday August 28th. Just list 4 books you’ve read this summer and have a parent or guardian sign it.
Mrs. Hannel has a few student artworks from Art and Air in her room. If you had art in that show this summer, please stop by to claim your work.
Now a word from your yearbook sponsor: Yearbook will be meeting tomorrow in room 220, which is right next door to the Tech Center!
Mark your calendars! The 10th Annual Ivory Crockett Run 4 Webster is October 19th, 2013. Webster Groves High school will be the new starting point this year. There is a 1 mile Fun Run/Walk, a 4 mile Run and the annual Kids 100-yard dash. You can pick up a registration /volunteer form from your PE teacher or go to www.ivorycrockett.org.
