All Student Council members on the Red Ribbon Week committee need to see Mrs. Shaughnessy in room 115 by dismissal today.
Red Ribbon Week - October 28th - November 1st
To celebrate Red Ribbon Week, which is coming up the last week in October, Students are invited to draw a poster that visually represents one of the Red Ribbon Week themes. The themes can be found on the Student Council board outside Room 115. These posters are to be turned in to room 115 by October 28th. Student Council will set up a display of the posters and a survey for voting at lunch on November 1st.
Fall party - October 25th 3:30pm-5:00pm
The fall party is almost here! Student Council members will be selling wristbands at lunch beginning tomorrow through next Wednesday, October 23. The cost to attend the party is $5 and includes pizza, music, movies, games, and more! The party is next Friday from 3:30 to 5:00. We hope to see many of you there!
Targeted Act of Kindness
Hixson, are you ready for another targeted act of kindness? Your next challenge is to bring in old un-used holiday cards as soon as possible. We would like to send cards to our military troops who are away from home over the holidays. The cards need to be mailed by the end of October. Please drop off any card
