News from the Library
- Library Club will not meet after school today
- The Hixson Book Fair sold over 500 books! That means it's time to pick out the crazy, wild, or mismatched socks you'll wear on Friday. If you participate, you can enter a drawing to win a large pizza to share with your friends. There will be one 7th grade and one 8th grade winner.
- If you won a poster at the Book Fair, it is now available for pick up in the library.
- All students please note, that the library will be closing today at 3:30
Student Trivia Night
Student Council is sponsoring a trivia night for students next Friday, April 4. Registration forms are due in the office by Wednesday, April 2nd. The cost is $5 per player and includes a hot dog, bottled water, chips, and a dessert. Join us for an afternoon of fun with your Hixson friends!
3 on 3 Basketball Tournament
Get ready! The Hixson March Madness 3 on 3 Basketball tournament starts next week!
Put together a 3-on-3 team and sign-up! There is a girl’s bracket and a boy’s bracket, so girls get a few of your friends and sign-up for some FUN!
7th graders may pick up a roster sign-up sheet and rules from Coach Daniels and 8th graders may pick up their sign-up sheet from their P.E. teachers.
Deadline for sign-up is at the end of school on Friday March 28th.
Tournament play begins after school on Tuesday, April 1st.
