Because of the PTO's "gifting," the Hixson’s
Spring Scholastic Book Fair did extremely well, receiving a 5% bonus for
exceeding last year's sales.
The Hixson Library proceeds this spring were:
$ 580 taken in books for the library
$ 171 in Scholastic Dollars to use at the next fair
$1236 in cash to be used for bigger library purchases, such as computers.
$1987 total!

Many PTO volunteers made the fair possible by giving hours
