The last day of school this year
for students at Hixson Middle School will be Tuesday, May 27th. The district
extended the school year due to a recent snow day which extends Hixson's year by one day because classes were cancelled recently when a water main broke. All of the extra days built into this year’s
school calendar have already been taken for inclement weather. The last day for faculty, then, will be on Wednesday, May 28th.
