Orientation: The details of the day

To streamline our orientation day, each family will start at different stations in the building based on your last name (see list below). You will work your way through each of the 7 sections. Once you have completed each station you will make your way to the Gym to get your students schedule. Each station will be labeled in the building and Dr. Smith and Dr. Miller will be around to help you navigate the building

3pm-6pm 8th Grade

Station 1: Pictures
Location: Annex (connected to the library)
Starting Participants: Students whose last names begin with the letter A-D

Station 2: Tech Forms
Location: Office
Starting Participants: Students whose last names begin with E-H

Station 3: Emergency Forms
Location: Nurses Office
Starting Participants: Students whose last names begin with I-L

Station 4: PTO
Location: Gym (to the right of the entrance)
Starting Participants: Students whose last names begin with M-P

Station 5: PE
Location: Gym (directly in front of the bleachers)
Starting Participants: Students whose last names begin with Q-T

Station 6: Office Forms
Location: Office
Starting Participants: Students whose last names begin with U-W

Station 7: Cafe Accounts
Location: HMS Cafe (Cafeteria)
Starting Participants: Students whose last names begin with X-Z

Station 8: Student Schedule
Location: Gym
Participants end here after going through the previous 7 steps
