If you were unable to attend the days to drop off paperwork and pick up your Chromebook but want to make sure your child can use their Chromebook on the first day please print and sign this form: Click here to download and print the WGSD Student use agreement for electronic equipment
If you choose to get the insurance you will need to send in a check made out to WGSD for $27 or cash with this form: Click here to download and print the Insurance form
If your child's device is still out for repairs they can get a loaner device from the Tech Center in room 216 to use until their device is returned from the service center.
