Dear Hixson Families,
I am happy to share that we have a new member joining our Hixson family. Officer Cameron McCullough will be our new School Resource Officer and he is excited about his new role. He is energetic, enthusiastic and passionate about supporting the growth of kids.
One of his first tasks coming in was to conduct a safety walk with me. We got a chance to see our building and learn the layout of our new home from the perspective of keeping things safe. We also had an opportunity to assess safety from the standpoint of drop off and pick up. There is a change to the pickup process this year. Please watch the following video and Officer McCullough will explain how drop off and pick up will look, as he makes his Hixson Middle debut:
