Character Journey
This year, we will begin a journey to explore the character in our school community. Our first step is to create a Character Committee comprised of staff members, students and parents. Our work will include taking an honest look at our climate and culture and from there create a plan of action to implement the community we desire to see for us. Hixson Middle School Summer Program
The Hixson
Middle School Summer Program is designed to be an enrichment experience
that will focus on problem-based learning. Class curriculum will
be based in communication arts, reading, mathematics as well as enrichment
classes.
New this summer is Geometry Prep (open to students taking
geometry at Hixson in 2018-19.)

Updates from the Webster Groves School District Foundation
Looking

Stegar Night at Hixson
If you have an incoming 7th grader, our Stegar to Hixson transition night will be held on Tuesday, February 27th from 6-8:00pm. Parents will follow a schedule, transitioning between students groups, the counselors and teachers to learn and hear about all the happenings at Hixson. Join us for an evening full of information and the opportunity to meet teachers and get your questions answered.
JET's Pizza Night
Our monthly JET's night is coming up on Thursday, February 8th. Take a break, order in dinner and don't forget to let them know you are supporting Hixson Middle.
